Ben's background includes leadership roles in market research, logistics, and culinary arts, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of food production and a commitment to industry-wide transformation.

Stephen Plume

Stephen oversees Emfood's Information Technology (IT). He has been shaping AgileChain since 2013, bridging client tech, AgileChain, and third-party systems. Stephen brings deep hardware and software experience with 25+ years IT work across finance (8 years at Credit Suisse), transport, shipping, travel, and food sectors.

Mathieu Dreyfus

With 23+ years in software, Mathieu excels in client-centric solutions. He adapts software platforms across diverse sectors, including business services, mobile transformation, cyber security, and startups. As emfood's Client Requirements Analyst, he leverages sales and consulting background for tailored support.

Christine Storry

Christine is a Sustainable Procurement Advisor who first started working with the team at EM in 2018 with the first pilot of Dynamic Food Procurement with Bath and North East Somerset Council. She is today still a procurement officer at this council and boasts over a decade of experience as a dedicated procurement officer across various public sector bodies. She spearheads the South West Food Procurement Group, holds a trustee role at Feeding Bristol (a food poverty-fighting charity), and has organized conferences on Dynamic Food Procurement. Since 2018, she has been coordinating The UK Advisory Board for Dynamic Food Procurement.

Paul Jefferies

An Associate Partner for EM, Paul brings discipline and rigour to our client consultancy work. He is an adept innovation and transformation consultant with 20+ years' experience, exceling in navigating intricate change and ensuring its success across a range of tech sectors.

Rich Osborn

Rich is a respected expert in Dynamic Food Procurement and sustainable food strategy. With almost a decade of work behind him in this space, he has led a revolution in how food procurement can be approached globally. He founded Equilibrium Markets in 2013, introducing fresh-range in 2014 and spearheading innovative food supply chain advancements through AgileChain technology. Rich boasts over 25 years of experience in management and leadership roles, including at Procter & Gamble where he led $Billion businesses across 27 countries.

Tracey King

Tracey excels in primary producer financial management, overseeing EM's Dynamic Food Procurement projects since 2017. She has helped design AgileChain’s smooth cash flow approach.

Tracey innovates automation for efficient short chain financial processes, benefiting all chain members. She has led and worked with EM to develop the necessary innovation to automate more of the financial processes involved in short chains which, vitally, brings value and savings to each member of the chain.

Nikolay Zhelzkov

Nikolay, EM's Head of Engineering, has led AgileChain's technical team since 2015. He shapes integrated web systems to bolster the business, concentrating on AgileChain's evolution and aiding client-side tech teams in grasping supporting technology for Dynamic Food Procurement.
