    Rich is a respected expert in Dynamic Food Procurement and sustainable food strategy. With decades of work behind him in this space, he has led a revolution in how food procurement can be approached globally. He founded Equilibrium Markets in 2013, introducing fresh-range in 2014 and spearheading innovative food supply chain advancements through AgileChain technology.

    Rich has over 25 years of experience in management and leadership roles, including at Procter & Gamble where he led $Billion businesses across 27 countries.

    SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR

    Ben has over ten years experience in short food supply chain management and dynamic food procurement. He leads projects internally and with clients focusing on software design and client programmes.

    Ben's background includes leadership roles in market research, logistics, and culinary arts, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of food production and a commitment to industry-wide transformation.
